Note: for safety reason, shade will be removed from lamp during shipping. Also, the top of body of lamp will be disassembled into 2 parts as displayed in photos. Buyer can reassemble easily without any tools required.

Return policy:

Items are accepted for return within 30 days after buyer received items and must be returned in brand new/unopened condition. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost if the reason of returning is not our mistake.

In case items is damaged during transit, we are appreciate buyer to save all packaging (also send us pictures of damaged item including its packaging) , and email us as soon as possible so we can file an insurance claim with our carrier .
