We appreciate your purchase items with us so our goal is to satisfy our customer by exchange, replace or refund. We accept return within 45 days after purchase. All we ask is that you send the item back to us in the original packaging, and must be in the condition you received them.
So if for whatever reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, just follow our simple return instructions:
• Email us to let us know you want to return the item, so we will send you our confirmed return address.
• For China and Dinnerware item, if it is broken on arrival. Send us a proof picture of broken or defect item.
• For your protection, please purchase return shipping with tracking number.
• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and issued within 3 business days. Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless the return is free shipping at purchase or result of an error by us.
